Tal A. Gospin, M.D.

Dr. Tal Gospin graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis with her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She obtained a Masters in Physiology and her Medical Doctorate from Georgetown University School of Medicine, where she was elected into Alpha Omega Alpha, the National Medical Honor Society. Dr. Gospin continued on to pursue a pediatrics residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University in New York City. She then completed her fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas. Dr. Gospin’s fellowship training included caring for patients with a broad spectrum of cardiac conditions and working with leading experts in the field of pediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery. She concentrated her fellowship training on echocardiography, outpatient care for children with complex congenital heart disease, as well as fetal imaging and prenatal counseling.

Dr. Gospin is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Cardiology. Her clinical interests include transthoracic echocardiography, fetal imaging, evaluation and treatment of children with congenital and acquired heart disease, pediatric arrhythmias, as well as hypercholesterolemia and hypertension. Dr. Gospin brings her diverse knowledge base and training into the community to provide comprehensive medical care with a passion for personalized attention.

Christina T. Hai, M.D

Dr. Christina Hai graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. She obtained her Medical Doctorate from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She then completed her pediatrics residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston/Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital, where she continued on to pursue a fellowship in pediatric cardiology. During her fellowship, she was chosen to serve as Chief Pediatric Cardiology Fellow. Dr. Hai’s training included post-operative cardiothoracic and intensive care, management of complex congenital heart disease, and cardiac imaging, with a specific focus on specialty care in the outpatient setting.

Dr. Hai is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Cardiology. Her clinical interests include the epidemiology of critical heart defects, prenatal cardiac screening, neurodevelopment of children with congenital heart disease, and non-invasive imaging. Dr. Hai’s practice philosophy centers on patient centered care with an emphasis on patient education and preventative medicine.

Stephen B. Williams, M.D.

Dr. Stephen Williams is a native Houstonian and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering. He obtained his Medical Doctorate from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He then completed general pediatrics residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. Dr. Williams returned to his hometown to complete fellowship training in pediatric cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital. He then completed additional subspecialty training in advanced non-invasive cardiac imaging with a focus on fetal and transesophageal echocardiography. During this time, he worked closely with world-renowned experts in complex congenital heart disease. His passion in cardiology has been centered around providing personalized and compassionate outpatient care that is tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Dr. Williams is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology. His clinical interests include the evaluation and management of congenital heart disease, transthoracic echocardiography, prenatal cardiac screening, and pediatric arrhythmias. His personalized approach and emphasis on patient education allow him to provide the highest level of cardiac care for every patient he serves. Outside the office, Dr. Williams cherishes spending time with his wife and children. You will often find him on the little league field, traveling with his family, and exploring the great outdoors.

Melissa Webb, M.D.

Dr. Webb graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. She graduated medical school from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio where she was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha and the Gold Humanism Honor Societies. She completed her general pediatric residency training at the University of Colorado. She continued her medical training by doing her pediatric cardiology and pediatric interventional cardiology fellowships at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, TX. Dr. Webb has published many academic pediatric cardiology manuscripts and has many years of experience in general pediatric cardiology and pediatric cardiac catheterization.

Dr. Webb is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology. Her clinical interests include general pediatric cardiology, cardiac pathology in the setting of lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, transthoracic echocardiograms, and sports participation. Her favorite part of her job is connecting with and providing continuity of care for families and children with a wide variety of cardiac concerns. She prides herself on providing individualized, empathetic care as she would expect for any family member of hers. In her spare time, Dr. Webb enjoys reading, house projects, and spending time with her husband and children.
